On behalf of the entire Charmaine Wynter Interior Inc. LLC Design team I would like to thank you for your patience as we work through delays to get your project completed.
Why Are There Delays?
That's a good question! The answer is a layered one but here's the short-take.
As you know, COVID-19 disrupted- and for a moment completely halted- the entire world. That interruption, along with the enormous loss of life, caused an accumulation of unfinished production of furniture, apparel and other goods. ALL industries around the glove have been affected. As those unfinished items collected dust, new orders continued to pout in causing a massive backlog.
Additionally, long periods of lockdown causes many to pay closer attention to the function (or dysfunction) of their homes. AWESOME! But that in turn caused an explosion in ;home improvement projects, which resulted in a shortage of available tradespersons Not awesome.
The good news is that we're beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. So I'll be reaching out to you in the next couple of days with an update. I can't wait to begin working on your project again.
